Financial Controller Global Technology-Enabled Services Business | London (Hybrid) We’re partnering with a high-growth, international services and technology business to hire a Financial Controller, supporting a key regional entity within a wider global group. The Role This is a broad Financial Controller position with ownership of financial reporting, controls, and team leadership, alongside meaningful exposure to commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Leading and developing a small finance team Driving improvements in processes, controls, and systems Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Managing audit and compliance requirements

The Candidate We’re looking for a hands‑on, commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. You will likely have:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification Experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role Background in a multi-entity, services-led, or project-based environment Strong stakeholder management skills A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
