Our client, a FTSE 100 financial services PLC based in The Midlands requires a qualified Financial Controller with experience of the financial services / banking sector.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a team of c. 15 - 20 people through a period of transformation / restructure / change. You will be a qualified ACA /ACCA / CIMA finance professional with 10 years+ post qualified experience in financial services, banking or another regulated industry or PLC.

You will be responsible for Monthly / annual financial reporting to group parent company Managing audit requirements Statutory / regulatory returns Tax Treasury Project work including acquisitions / disposals Process improvement Financial Modelling Support finance departments interaction with both group finance and operational business Manage team of c. 15-20 ( 3 DRs)
