Are you an experienced people leader in financial planning, looking for an Adviser Manager job where you can genuinely shape how an advice team grows and performs? In this role, youll take responsibility for a growing team of advisers (c.1012 initially, rising to around 1516, with a maximum of 20), supporting them through onboarding, development and ongoing performance. Youll help embed consistent advice standards, simplify processes and ensure their Financial Advisers have the clarity and support they need to deliver great client outcomes. Youll work closely with senior management and support functions, balancing the historic ways IFAs are used to working with a more scalable and consistent operating model.
