With an established EMEA presence, the business continues to invest in its finance function to support multi-entity operations and maintain high standards of financial control and reporting.This role sits within a collaborative and high-performing finance team, supporting multiple European entities and offering exposure across a broad range of financial accounting areas.The RoleManage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and impairmentsPerform monthly intercompany reconciliations across EMEA entities, resolving discrepanciesComplete payroll reconciliations and partner with HR/payroll teams to ensure accuracyPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations across key areas, including VAT, payroll, and intercompanySupport VAT filings and compliance, working alongside external advisorsAssist with Intrastat reporting and EC Sales List submissionsProvide audit support including the preparation of documentation and responding to queriesPartner with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in reporting and controlsAbout YouACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, with a strong financial accounting backgroundExperience working across multiple entities, ideally within a European or international environmentStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial controlsExposure to VAT / indirect tax is beneficialAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systemsStrong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetConfident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with finance and non-finance stakeholdersWhat's on Offer£50,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary bonusHybrid working (3 days onsite) with flexible hours25 days holidayPrivate medical, dental, pension & life insuranceStrong wellbeing support, including EAP accessExposure to an international finance environment with clear development opportunitiesZachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
