We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join our busy and collaborative finance team. This role offers great exposure across Accounts Payable and Receivable, with involvement in financial reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany processes. The Role: As a Financial Accountant, you'll help support the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and timely. You'll work closely with the wider team to produce insightful reporting and maintain financial control across key ledgers. Key Responsibilities: Accurately post and analyse supplier invoices across the AP function Understand the full purchasing cycle from invoice receipt to payment Reconcile supplier statements and process weekly payment runs Manage purchase and sales ledger queries Draft and post month-end journals: prepayments, accruals, payroll, intercompany Prepare monthly supporting schedules including P&L analysis (e.g., marketing, insurance, payroll) Complete bank reconciliations and daily cash postings Forecast short-term cash flow and ensure correct allocation of receipts/payments Post intercompany recharges, including credit card and inte...
