Finance Systems & ERP Manager

London (3 to 4 days onsite)

Overview

An opportunity to lead and enhance ERP systems and finance platforms within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role acts as the bridge between Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and IT, ensuring system improvements align with compliance and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into ERP configuration across NetSuite and integrated systems
• Drive system and process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality
• Deliver new features, functionality and compliance aligned changes, including GxP, GAMP and CSV
• Support continuous optimisation of ERP processes, controls and governance
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption

Requirements

• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or Dynamics 365
• Background across Finance, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing in pharmaceutical or medical environments
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including GxP, GAMP and CSV
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, process analysis and requirements gathering skills
