We're seeking an experienced Finance System Implementation Lead to support the rollout of the Finance module during an upgrade to IFS Cloud . You'll ensure smooth integration, accurate data, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption across the business. Key responsibilities: Assess IFS Finance functionality and align with processes

Prepare the Finance team for adoption and go-live

Manage communication, risks, and issue resolution

Support data cleansing, migration, and testing

Shape user access, training, and reporting needs

Provide post-go-live support and drive process improvements

You'll need: ERP implementation experience

Strong requirements gathering & stakeholder management

Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
