Finance / Renewals Manager\nLocation: SW London\nSalary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum\nHybrid working\n\nOverview\n\nA growing organisation is seeking a Finance / Renewals Manager with strong bookkeeping skills. The role combines customer renewals management with core finance duties.\n\nDuties\n\n * Renewals (1–3 days per week):\n Identify upcoming service renewals and coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams.\n Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, explaining benefits and securing approval.\n Instruct suppliers to renew services and ensure clients are billed accurately.\n Produce weekly billing reports and upcoming schedules for engineering teams.\n Invoice jobs and orders, monitor project costs, and flag any overruns.\n\n * Finance / Bookkeeping (2–3 days per week):\n Raise invoices for goods and services.\n Complete bank reconciliations and prepare VAT returns.\n Manage payroll and pensions.\n Use accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Experience in renewals, finance, customer success, account management, or similar roles (ideally in a SaaS environment).\n\n * Familiarity with an accounting system is essential!\n\n * Strong communication and relationship-building skills.\n\n * Solid IT proficiency and ability to automate tasks.\n\n * Good time-management, especially during busy periods.\n\n * Ideally you will be able to create a VAT Return, reconcile the bank, do payroll and pensions for the companies employees.\n\n * Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes.\n\nSalary\n\n * Basic salary £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
