Finance Project Manager


12 Month FTC | £80,000–£90,000 | Central London (2 days office, 3 days remote)


We’re supporting a global professional services organisation to hire a Finance Project Manager into their Global Finance PMO. You’ll lead key finance transformation projects across systems and processes within a complex, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of global finance systems/process projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Own project planning, scheduling, governance and RAID management.
  • Monitor progress, resolve risks/issues, and ensure delivery to timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with global finance stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, project meetings and documentation.
  • Oversee handover to BAU and conduct lessons-learned reviews.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong track record delivering finance systems/process change in global organisations.
  • Expertise across full project lifecycle, governance and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working across multiple regions/time zones.


You’ll work closely with senior finance leaders, global finance teams, technology, corporate services and shared services.
