Finance & Operations Controller Kent | Full Time | Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance & Operations Controller to join the senior leadership team of two growing education settings in Kent. This newly created role will lead the finance function while supporting wider school operations, playing a key part in the strategic growth of the organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing financial insight, overseeing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring the smooth running of financial processes.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both strategic finance and day-to-day operations within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
