Finance Operations Associate Director

5 Days Old

Overview We are hiring a Senior Manager of Financial Operations to lead end‑to‑end financial operations for a strategic GMP partnership within the global eyewear and vision care category. This is a dedicated, high‑impact role with ownership across 36 markets and three global brands, sitting at the centre of Zenith’s global GMP model. Working across Google, clients, and international Zenith teams, you’ll bring clarity, control, and confidence to complex financial operations at scale. If you enjoy combining rigour with collaboration, this role offers real influence in a truly global environment. Responsibilities
Own the full GMP billing lifecycle across all markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery. Lead day‑to‑day billing operations with the international billing hub, coordinating invoicing between Google, markets, and clients. Oversee reconciliation across media and licence fees, ensuring alignment with platform usage, contracts, and client agreements. Act as the central escalation point for billing queries, discrepancies, and adjustments, driving resolution across stakeholders. Partner with local and regional finance teams on purchase orders, consumption tracking, and withholding tax considerations. Provide clear financial updates, risks, and forecasts to senior stakeholders across Zenith, Google, and client teams. Define, document, and continuously improve financial operations processes to support scalable GMP reseller activity.
Qualifications
Experience in financial operations, billing, finance management, or operational programme management within a global environment. Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑market financial processes across matrixed organisations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across clients, agencies, platform partners, and finance teams. Excellent attention to detail, with a natural ability to spot discrepancies and solve problems methodically. Solid understanding of digital media billing models; familiarity with GMP and Google platforms is a strong advantage. A structured, process‑driven approach, balanced with adaptability in high‑pressure or ambiguous situations. A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset, with a commitment to governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
