Key Responsibilities Financial Partnership: Support financial control, budgeting, and margin tracking. You will be the primary liaison for HQ Finance, ensuring all reporting and cost analyses meet the standards of a global leader.
Operational Excellence: Use SAP to track project progress and maintain seamless documentation for high-stakes client accounts .
Fleet & Asset Management: Oversee UK fleet operations and IT asset allocation, ensuring compliance with global governance and premium brand standards.
Strategic Support: Assist the leadership team with proposal preparation, internal communications, and the onboarding of new talent into our growing team.
What Were Looking For Experience: A background in Finance, Operations, or Office Management, ideally within a corporate or agency environment .
Mindset: A proactive, "solutions-focused" individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Technical Savvy: Advanced MS Office skills; SAP experience is a significant advantage, though we will invest in training the right person.
Industry Interest: A natural affinity for the Automotive or Retail sectors is highly desirable.
