We’re proud to be partnering with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation based in Northampton, who are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to join their collaborative team. Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a varied and rewarding role with a strong focus on leadership, process improvement, and financial control. You’ll play a key part in developing the finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supporting wider business objectives across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Finance Director, duties will include: * Preparing monthly management accounts for review with the FD * Leading on cashflow forecasting and budget preparation * Reviewing systems and processes across the sales, purchase and general ledger, payroll, cash/banking, and stock control * Supporting system and process improvement initiatives across multiple sites * Providing analysis and insight to support operational and strategic decisions * Managing and mentoring the finance team, fostering growth, confidence, and a supportive working environment * Collaborating with Heads of Department to ensure effective financial support and meaningful management reporting * Assisting the FD with audit preparation, statutory reporting, and funding applications * Contributing to additional finance projects and ad hoc business reporting The Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is b...
