We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager position on behalf of a FMCG business based in Uxbridge (Hybrid - 2 days in, 3 days WFH)


Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is pivotal in delivering timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making across the business. The right candidate needs to be naturally inquisitive and have an analytical mindset.


Our client is looking for a candidate with a background in team leadership as this position will oversee a team of 3, responsible for reporting, budgeting, analysis, audit, and providing strategic advice to senior management.


Responsibilities include:


  • Manage, coach and develop a team of 3
  • Lead Month-end reporting, supported by the Management Accountants
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Cash-flow forecasting
  • COGS Analysis
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Business Partnering
  • Year-end reporting + Audit
  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Manage financial operations
  • Compliance and Controls


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar level leadership position
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Confident communicator and established business partner
