To support this momentum, they’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join on a 12-month FTC and play an influential role in driving the next stage of their journey.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a Qualified Finance professional with extensive experience as an Financial Accountant or Finance Manager. Who is dynamic and proactive in your approach to implement process improvement and has a commercial mindset.

The ideal candidate would be on a short notice period or immediately available to the market.

The candidate will need to be adaptable with a mindset of always looking to improve efficiencies. Enjoys being visible in the business and able to build lasting relationships in the company.

Ideally this person would a strong understanding of Month End and Year End process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Mission

Reporting to a dynamic Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will support the Financial Controller across the group of entities. Playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely statutory accounting, overseeing the Purchase Ledger function, and helping to modernise processes through automation and best-practice accounting methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller and Financial Accountant in maintaining accurate and compliant statutory accounting records across a range of related entities.
• Assist the Financial Controller with Month-End & Year-End Accounting.
• Managing the Accounts Payable team.
• Supporting systems implementation.

Process Improvement overview

• Review and enhance existing financial procedures to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
• Apply experience with modern accounting systems to recommend and deliver practical improvements.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to streamline operations and address long-standing challenges.
