Group Finance Manager | Kent (Hybrid/Remote) | £70k + car allowance
We are partnering exclusively with a leading global organisation operating across multiple regions to recruit an experienced Group Finance Manager (Global). This is a pivotal role within a dynamic and growing business that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in financial management. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring robust reporting standards across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead global financial reporting & consolidation across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Manage complex structures, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency translation.
Coordinate audits and statutory reporting for global subsidiaries.
Support M&A integration and strategic global initiatives.
Drive process improvements, ERP enhancements, and strengthen internal controls.
Partner with senior executives and regional finance leaders as a trusted advisor.
Profile:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
Strong expertise in group consolidation and multinational reporting.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards.
Proven ability to manage complexity and meet tight reporting deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with global ERP/consolidation systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
