Finance Manager Location: Derbyshire Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of financial reporting, governance and planning processes. You’ll lead a small finance team, ensuring accurate month-end reporting, strong balance sheet integrity and effective financial controls.

Alongside core reporting responsibilities, you will manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide performance analysis and help guide business decisions through clear financial insight.

This is a hands-on role requiring both technical strength and the ability to communicate confidently across the organisation.
