Robert Half are delighted to be assisting an exciting client with their search for a full-time Finance Manager, for a 3 month FTC, with a strong potential to go permanent, offering up to £60k!

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Cambridge Heath
Salary: Up to £60k
Assignment length: 3 months (strong potential to go permanent)
Responsibilities:
Prepare clear technical accounting papers and ensure all audit deliverables are met on time.
Take ownership of balance sheet integrity across all entities.
Review and post key journals.
Oversee fixed assets, leases, loans and intercompany accounting.
Monitor FX and support AP where needed.
Improve month-end processes and strengthen financial controls.
Apply strong knowledge of IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
Manage capex and maintain the fixed asset register (additions, disposals, transfers).
Handle lease accounting, intangibles and system reconciliations.
Manage revenue recognition in complex, project-based environments.
Coordinate statutory and tax compliance across the UK, Australia, Japan, US, France and KSA.
Oversee VAT/GST/Sales Tax and Corporate Tax filings.
Work with local advisors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Use NetSuite effectively.
Enhance reporting accuracy and balance sheet transparency.
Support ad hoc finance projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
Strong audit and/or technical accounting background.
Experience managing group audits.
Multi-entity, multi-currency experience.
Strong balance sheet control.
Comfortable operating in a project-based or construction-style environment.
Hands-on, detail-oriented and commercially aware.
