The Role You'll take full responsibility for the month-end process, deliver clear and insightful reporting, and play a key role in strengthening financial control across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where your ideas will be welcomed and where you'll have regular exposure to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Month-End & Management Reporting Lead the month-end close process to deadline.
Produce the full management accounts pack, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and KPIs.
Complete and review balance sheet reconciliations.
Compare budgets/forecasts to actuals, investigate variances, and deliver clear commentary.
