The Role: As the successful Finance Manager you will report directly to the CEO: Manage a small team of finance professionals including a qualified accountant; Ensure all financial controls are in place; Take control of the financial reporting for the company; Provide the financial strategy for the business; Support the careful monitoring and management of working capital; Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process. The Person: The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA; Experience in a senior finance position; Strong stakeholder management experience; Strong commercial acumen.
