Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be exclusively partnering with Webbs Estate Agents, a well-established, independent and values-led property group, is entering an exciting phase of growth through acquisition — and we’re creating a brand-new Finance Manager role to support that journey.

This is a rare opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up and play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly expanding multi-entity business.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance across five entities, combining hands-on delivery with strategic and commercial insight. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll support decision-making, forecasting and growth.

Key areas include:
• Management accounts & consolidation
• Multi-entity & intercompany accounting
• Forecasting, budgeting & targeting
• Payroll oversight (multiple payrolls)
• Commercial insight & board-level reporting
• Supporting acquisitions & finance integration

About You

You’ll be qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE, commercially astute, confident influencing senior stakeholders, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
