We utilize Artificial Intelligence powered tools and encourage candidates with a basic understanding of commonly used platforms, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and coordinate financial business performances and provide regular updates to the leadership team.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data and suggest actionable insights on business drivers.Prepare and deliver financial analysis and reports to support regulatory reporting and business decision-making.Support financial operations, regulatory reporting and risk management activities / deliverables.Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes of respective financial KPIs.Build interactive relationships with key stakeholders across the business to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.Lead or participate in finance-related projects and initiatives.Liaise with Group / Asia Regional offices on financial control and accounting matters.Develop and maintain effective internal controls with relevant regulations and guidelines.  Qualifications & Skills:Qualified Accountant / ActuaryBachelor Degree in Accounting, Actuarial or related disciplineAgile and growth mindsetStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsMinimum 8-12 years working experience, preferably with both commercial and audit experiences.  Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.A good team player that can work under pressure and prioritize workload.Proficiency in MS Powerpoint & Excel, knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.   Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
