Finance Manager. Atherton. £40k - £45k doe. 25 days hol + 8 BH's An experienced Finance Manager is required to take full ownership and responsibility for the day to day finances for two companies within the group with a turnover of £5million. This is a great opportunity and time to join a successful and growing firm, based in modern and fully refurbished offices. Duties will include; Overseeing Purchase and Sales Ledger, credit control, reconciliations and statutory compliance Helping to bring payroll back inhouse and then overseeing all aspects - ensuring accuracy and full compliance with HMRC and pension regulations Producing monthly management accounts, annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis Cash flow forecasting and working capital management You will work very closely with the MD, continuously reviewing and improving financial processes and using AI to drive efficiencies ( you must be tech savvy - the MD is a big fan of AI! ) You will also have experience using Sage 50 ( essential ) and strong Excel skills, as well as being used to working for a small company.
