Your new role

As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the group. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll lead a small team and partner closely with operations to provide insightful analysis, robust reporting, and strategic support.Key responsibilities include: Overseeing month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting Business partnering with GMs and Ops Directors to drive profitability Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Cash flow management and cost control Supporting system improvements and process automation Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations
