Finance Manager - Development

Reporting directly to one of thefounding partners, you will support the firm’s continued growth in development finance, writing £50m -£100m of high-quality development loans per annum (across senior andstretched development loans, and bridge loans).
The company has provided over £3bn of loans and funded the construction of over 15,000 new homes. They are funded through large financial institutions who invest in their private credit funds – each fund backing a specific lending strategy. Investors include pension funds, insurance companies and asset managers. The ideal candidate will currently be working at a bank or debt fund and have a proven track record of originating and closing development finance transactions.
Demonstrable networks and deal pipelines within the property finance /development space.
An expert understanding of the risk analysis process including analytical skills in assessing debt opportunities.
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills including excel modelling expertise.
