You’ll have the chance to make a real difference by shaping the direction of a newly created finance function, implementing strong financial controls, and enabling smarter decision-making through insightful reporting and leadership.What you can expect to be getting up to as a Comms-Care Finance LeadAs the senior on-site Finance lead in Northwich, you’ll lead a team of three, shaping operations and performance through the key responsibilities that follow:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting compliant with US GAAP and Ingram Micro accounting policiesOwn statutory audit processes and build effective relationships with external auditors and tax advisorsEnhance the financial control environment and consult with the UK&I Head of Finance on technical mattersPartner with FP&A to develop decision-driving financial reports and performance metricsSupport regional and global finance queries and act as primary escalation contact for financial mattersLead and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and developmentTo set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:Experience in Finance control rolesQualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA)Experience with SOX Compliance & Internal ControlsExperience working within a US GAAP frameworkKnowledge of corporation tax and VATERP implementation exposureProven ability in developing and managing internal control frameworksExcellent analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex conceptsRelationship-building mindset and confidence to challenge the status quoMake an application to join the team!None of this is achievable without great people, with a complete customer focus.
