A rare opportunity to become Finance Lead within a small, established organisation, working part-time and flexibly. This is a broad, hands-on role offering real autonomy, variety and the chance to make a visible impact. Youll work closely with the CEO, supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning, while helping to strengthen and modernise finance processes. The Role Full ownership of the finance function (AP, AR, payroll) Cash flow management and forecasting (key focus) Monthly management accounts and financial reporting Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Budgetary control and oversight of spend, including capital projects Establishing and improving financial controls and processes Supporting system improvements and efficiencies Business partnering with senior stakeholders Supervising a part-time bookkeeper About You Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or strong QBE Experience leading finance in a SME or similar environment Strong cash flow management and commercial awareness Experience implementing or improving finance systems and controls Confident managing budgets and overseeing spend H...
