As they scale nationally, we’re looking for a Finance Director to lead their financial strategy and ensure operational excellence.
The Role
Joining our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll take ownership of TBBT’s financial health — shaping strategy, strengthening controls, and ensuring compliance as we grow. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll oversee everything from budgeting and reporting to statutory accounts and grant finance, while supporting and developing our Finance Manager. You'll be a key partner to the CEO and Board, helping TBBT stay financially strong and future-fit. What You’ll Do
