Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Director to lead the College’s financial strategy and operations. As a senior postholder, reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide expert financial leadership, ensuring sustainability, compliance and continued investment in the College’s future.
Commercially minded, you will bring a strong track record in senior financial leadership, with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into effective delivery. A qualified accountant, you will be confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships across the organisation. A commitment to continuous improvement and organisational excellence will be central to your approach.
