My client is a long established, successful business operating in a complex, international manufacturing B2B sector. The business now wishes to appoint a Finance Director to the board to work closely with the senior leadership team. You will take full responsibility for all aspects of financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. You will have responsibility for the setting up of overseas operations including liaison with funders, bankers, credit providers and export credit arrangements. You will have broad based experience of all aspects of financial management and reporting, be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have an ability to combine commercial input with strong financial disciplines and control.
