As the business continues to grow and evolve, it now seeks a Finance Director who can combine technical excellence with commercial drive. This is a pivotal appointment. Working in close partnership with the Main and Operational Board, you’ll bring clarity, challenge and energy to the next stage of TL Dallas’ development. You’ll lead the finance function with a clear focus on scalability, efficiency and control, introducing technology‑led systems that strengthen compliance, improve data visibility and create a platform for sustainable growth. Once the foundations are firmly in place, your attention will turn tostrategic and commercial delivery— partnering across the group to identify efficiencies, streamline processes and helping to identify further opportunities for organic and acquisitive growth. You’ll play a proactive role in shaping the commercial strategy of the business, working as a genuine right hand to the Owners and SLT, and using management information to inform and inspire decision‑making. Success will require more than accounting skill. You’ll need the curiosity to question, the empathy to influence, and the confidence to bring balanced, constructive challenge. You’ll motivate and empower a capable team, embedding accountability and ownership while keeping a close eye on detail.
