The Vacancy
Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) is a faith-based humanitarian relief and development organization working to support vulnerable populations globally. Established in 1984, IRW operates in over 45 countries, aiming to alleviate poverty, conflict, and disaster impacts.
IRW’s Finance & Corporate Services Division seeks a Finance Digital Transformation Manager to lead digital initiatives, optimize finance processes, enhance data integration, and oversee ERP system implementation at our Birmingham office. The role supports a hybrid working model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience as a Finance Manager or similar, with knowledge of financial operations.
- Experience with Unit4 ERP in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of finance modules within Unit4 ERP.
- Proven track record in finance digital transformation projects.
- Certifications in finance or digital transformation are a plus.
- Skills in data analytics, RPA, financial planning software.
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
