About the Role
Morson are recruiting on behalf of Safran Actuation Systems for a Finance Business Partner to join their Banbury site.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a key role within a £30m+ advanced composites manufacturing business. You will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, delivering clear financial insight to support decision-making, drive performance, and promote a cost-conscious, continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end reporting with clear analysis against forecast and budget
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and longer-term financial plans
Partner with site leadership to provide commercial insight and challenge
Support business cases and capital investment decisions
Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance
Drive continuous improvement across finance and the wider business
Build effective stakeholder relationships and support decision-making

About You
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Strong business partnering experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
Commercially focused with the ability to influence stakeholders
Confident communicator with strong analytical capability
