Job Description

We are partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing property development business in Central London that has recently undergone an exciting merger with a major development group. As a result of continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.


This is a pivotal role, working closely with regional development teams to co-manage a diverse pipeline of projects and drive financial insight across the business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional developers and project teams to co-manage financial performance across multiple developments
  • Provide clear and timely communication on project phases, expected spend, and financial risks/opportunities
  • Work closely with budget holders to ensure robust forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor project performance against budget and challenge assumptions where necessary
  • Support the integration and alignment of financial processes following the recent merger



About You

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong post-qualified experience in a Finance Business Partnering or FP&A role
  • Ideally experienced within real estate, property development, or a related sector
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with non-finance stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
