This role offers high visibility across the UK business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, insight, and informed decision‑making within a fast‑paced consumer environment. The Role

Act as the Finance Business Partner to UK commercial and operational teams. Support budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting cycles for the UK market. Deliver robust analysis across costs, margins, pricing and promotion performance. Produce clear month‑end reporting, variance analysis and KPI insight. Challenge stakeholders and support informed commercial decision‑making. Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting. Support ad‑hoc projects and business initiatives across the UK operation.

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA). Available to start in January or early February 2026. Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role. Background within FMCG, retail or fast‑paced e‑commerce environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Commercially focused, proactive and delivery‑driven.
