Commercial Finance Business Partner - Solihull / Hybrid - £55,000 - £65,000

Reporting into an impressive Finance Director, you will be an experienced Finance Business Partner with an analytical mind-set, someone great with numbers and detail, who also has a commercial understanding in terms of how the numbers translate into changes in business performance. Good stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting for the board
• Supporting commercial activities from a finance perspective
• Analysing company performance
• Monitoring and advising the board on weekly KPI's and identifying key variances
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business including senior non-financial
• Business partnering the commercial teams
• Supporting the Finance Director with commercial projects
• Strong Excel skills essential and Power Bi desirable

You will be a Qualified candidate with a strong finance business partnering background, and good management accounts grounding within a commercial organisation, and posses great communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy in where necessary.
