Working with the Senior Management Team of the Clinical Directorate to develop a Strategic Business Plan for the Division. Responsibility for the reporting of the financial position of the Division to the monthly Directorate Performance review meeting and providing commentary for the Trust Board report. Working with a number of stakeholders to analyse and interpret financial and non-financial data, using benchmarking and other resources to make recommendations for improvement and support the change process Line management and development responsibility of a Deputy Finance Manager, undertaking appraisals and framing personal development plans
