We're recruiting for a talented Finance Business Partner to join a leading industrial organisation based in Wolverhampton. This role is key to driving financial performance and providing strategic insights that shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
Support strategic projects and investment decisions with robust financial modelling.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
What We're Looking For Qualifications: CIMA or ACCA qualified
Experience: Strong finance partnering or FP&A background, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Advanced analytical skills and ability to simplify complex data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
