A rapidly growing business based in the Esher area (Surrey / South West London) is seeking a commercially focused and highly motivated Finance Business Partner / Part-Qualified Accountant . This is a pivotal role supporting the Head of FP&A, with delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and commercial insight while contributing to the hands-on day-to-day finance function. Duties will include: acting as the finance point of contact for designated business areas / clients and building strong relationships with budget holders and operational leaders supporting the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives developing robust financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis delivering monthly management reporting, including variance analysis vs budget and forecast providing clear insight into revenue, margin, and cost drivers to support decision-making supporting pricing, margin improvement, and cost control initiatives translating financial data into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership supporting cash flow forecasting and broader financial planning activities contributing to month-end processe...
