Finance Business Partner

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to work with a growing service business based in Worcester. Duties of the role will include: Provide financial support to the Divisional MD in executing the overall company strategy including ownership of financial results
Manage and develop team members to ensure day to day delivery of added value financial support to the business
Ownership of financial control and governance processes including balance sheet, debt and adherence to company financial policies
Be visible in the business and lead from the front with the Divisional MD to identify and implement commercial initiatives to drive improved business performance
Support client relationship management including contract negotiations and contract knowledge, being the lead finance contact in larger contracts
Support in the preparation of company and client budget/forecasting processes
Build strong relationships with operators to enable successful delivery of financial strategy across the businesses
Identify and deliver continuous improvement of business processes for efficiency and enhanced business performance
