This is a highly visible role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior operational leaders, providing robust financial insight and meaningful challenge to drive performance and long-term value. The Role As Finance Business Partner , you will act as the key link between finance and the wider business, translating financial data into actionable insight. You will support business unit leaders with budgeting, forecasting and performance management, ensuring clarity between operational delivery and financial outcomes. This is a forward-looking role focused on insight, accountability and continuous improvement not just reporting numbers.
