This role will act as a key link between finance and operations, providing insight, analysis, and strategic support to drive performance, profitability, and informed decision-making across both venues.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Operations teams across EICC and SEC to drive financial performanceDeliver timely, accurate management accounts, reporting, and forecastingAnalyse revenue, labour, and cost performance to identify risks and opportunitiesSupport budgeting and reforecasting cycles across both sitesChallenge operational performance and drive commercial improvementsMonitor and improve margin, cost control, and profitabilityProvide insight on event performance and trading trendsEnsure strong financial governance and compliance with internal controlsWork closely with central finance, operations, and commercial teamsAbout YouQualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong experience in a commercial or operational finance roleConfident partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environmentsStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insightExperience in hospitality, events, retail, or multi-site operations (desirable)Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focusedExcellent communication and influencing skillsWhy Join Us?Work across two of Scotland's most prestigious venuesBe part of a high-performing, fast-paced events environmentInfluence commercial decisions at scaleJoin a business committed to sustainability, inclusion, and excellence in hospitality#SCOT
