Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading Defence client. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide proactive financial leadership on a range of defence-related projects and programmes, including deployable infrastructure and vehicle missions. This role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on financial management to ensure clarity, control, and commercial insight across key programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders (Director level) to influence decision-making and ensure delivery of strategic objectives. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes, delivering real-time, meaningful management information. Manage the financial performance of key programmes and projects. Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practice in finance business partnering. Challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasts and drive measurable performance improvements.
