Finance Business Partner (Fixed term contract) Position Summary (FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO APRIL 2027)As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will partner with site leadership to provide financial and business support focused on forecasting, reporting, business analytics and decision support. The role is based at Horsham, England and is a contract position ending in April 2027. Work ScheduleStandard (Mon‑Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Responsibilities

Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and provide data for monthly business reviews and forecasting, including submitting and verifying forecasts to the planning tool. Report operational metrics to support SLT decision making and deliver weekly and monthly KPIs to the EMEA FP&A team. Run weekly revenue review process with the Horsham site for clinical and commercial product lines and report results to Division. Analyze monthly and quarterly business results and support regional submissions and reviews for both financials and headcount. Perform variance analysis, identify trends and recommend improvements. Support the Annual Operating Planning process and regular divisional business reviews. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, including supporting month‑end journal calculations. Support the Capital Projects team and the CAPEX financial analyst in delivering year‑long projects. Identify improvement areas and drive efficiencies by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools in partnership with the EMEA team. Coordinate and support ad‑hoc projects and data or analysis requests as needed. Engage and collaborate with the EMEA FP&A team to drive harmonisation within the region. Undertake ad‑hoc duties as directed and agreed with the Senior Finance Business Partner, Horsham.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred). Business finance or other relevant experience. Strong financial and business modelling experience. Strong analytical and data‑gathering skills. Comfortable interacting with executive‑level management.

Desirable Criteria

Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience using Oracle Cloud and the planning tool. Experience using PowerBi.
