Key Responsibilities
* Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
* Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements
* Manage invoices, receipts, and payroll data
* Monitor cash flow and track expenses
* Assist with budgeting and financial planning
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
* Support accountants during audits and tax preparation
* Good organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
* Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar field (preferred)
