Finance Assistant key responsibilities will include: ● Management of 2 x Accounts Payable Inboxes ● Process purchase invoices via Sage Intacct ● Raise sales invoices as per instructions from AR Manager ● New Vendor and Client creation process ● Respond and engage with suppliers and credit control teams via email and telephone, resolving queries in a timely and appropriate manner ● Prepare weekly supplier pay runs and input all bank payment entries to accounting system ● Manage and prepare payments for staff expenses, per diems and advances ● Process bank and BACS payments to suppliers and send remittan...
