About you Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role Strong Excel skills and familiarity with bookkeeping principles Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, NetSuite) High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent organisation and communication abilities Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team Ideally part-qualified (AAT, ATI) or actively pursuing finance qualifications What you'll do Support day-to-day transactional processes including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and prepare month-end schedules Assist with VAT returns, audit preparations, and compliance activities Proactively manage debtor and creditor accounts, supporting credit control & supplier relationships Contribute to process improvements within the finance function and support ad hoc projects For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the recruitment office for a confidential chat today.
