The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the finance function, maintaining accurate records and assisting with transactional and month-end processes. You’ll gain exposure across accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and general ledger support, working closely with a supportive team in a business that values continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Process purchase invoices and manage supplier paymentsMaintain sales ledger and assist with credit controlPerform bank and control account reconciliationsSupport month-end processes including journals and reportingAssist with payroll-related tasksRespond to supplier and client finance queriesMaintain accurate financial records across the businessAbout You Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or bookkeeping rolePart-qualified AAT, AAT qualified or qualified by experienceStrong understanding of transactional finance and reconciliationsGood Excel skills and comfortable using accounting systemsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive and eager to developWhy Apply?
