About the Role As Finance & Compliance Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business - from bookkeeping and payroll to VAT submissions and reporting - while ensuring full compliance with industry, legal, and regulatory standards. You'll be at the heart of a company that empowers people and organisations across Northern Ireland to work safely, confidently, and effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage all core financial functions, including bank reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, and VAT returns Oversee compliance with HMRC, Companies House, GDPR, and internal audit requirements Provide accurate financial reports and insights to management Support external audits and maintain impeccable financial records Ensure internal processes align with best practice and evolving legislation Play a hands-on role in maintaining the smooth running of daily operations What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy finance and compliance environment Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT procedures Experience using Sage and QuickBooks Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude Integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive data Apply now to join a respected organisation that values quality, growth, and people at its core.
