We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to support their Accounts team based in Witney. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing purchase and sales ledger activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, payments, and financial record keeping. Discretion and strong communication skills are essential, as you'll handle confidential financial data. Key Responsibilities: Purchase Ledger: Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation. Assist with stock takes and resolve outstanding queries. Sales Ledger: Manage account applications, invoicing, and banking activities. Maintain the self-billing system, update cash books, and review aged debtors.
